SD Scooter Clan/Spar Customs Ska/Mod/Oi Show at Belching Beaver Oceanside Oct 18
The SD Scooter Clan and Spar Customs Productions will be bringing a 2 day Vintage Scooter Rally and Music Weekender to N. County San Diego Oct 18th and 19th.
*Saturday will have a long days ride through our great 2 lane back roads here in N County San Diego hitting some tuck away stops. Around 100 miles with several stops. Please be gassed up and ready.
Location stop times approx and will adjust as needed through the day.
*Ride will meet 9am at the Pit Stop (3825 Mission Ave , Oceanside) Can grab coffee or breakfast if wanted, kicks up at 9:45am.
Ride will head to El Parque next (2659 Reche Rd, Fallbrook) which has drinks and great Mexican food. Should be there about 10:30 and leave approx 11:15.
Gas stop 10 min away to ensure everyone has a full tank for the first long back road section to Temecula.
We will make our way to the Drunken Elephant location (29095 Old Town Front st, Temecula) they have pizza/drinks and next door to a gas station to refill before the next ride segment. Should be there approx 1pm and stay for 40 min.
Next part of the ride will be another long back road of twists and turns through Pala and over to Backdraft Bar and Grill. Fireman themed spot we should arrive about 2:45 and stay until 3:30.
A gas station is next door to Backdraft for a top off on the gas tanks before the last short leg to Belching Beaver Oceanside (1334 Rocky Point dr) for the show approx 4pm.
*Music starts 5PM with Sugar Brown and his smooth reggae riffs, followed by the Scunthorpe Yobs UK Style Oi/Punk, then Cromm Fallon from Las Vegas with their gritty Mod Sounds and finally the Amalgamated Ska with full horn section.
Selectors will be spinning great tunes thru the event.

*Sunday will be a breakfast/Coffee meet up 8am at Buccaneer cafe (1508 S. Pacific St) Kicks up 9am for a coastal ride to some of our favorite spots around the area and along the beach strand.
Scoot will end at the Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad(890 Palomar Rd) with Jesse Wagner of the Aggrolites going on at noon, followed by the killer roots sounds of the Mochilero Allstars til 4pm.
We also have our Spar Customs monthly car show with over 100 vehicles and VIP parking for Vintage Scooters going that day so it will be a great Sunday. FREE event, all ages, dog friendly, 14 food vendors, Vintage marketplace.
*Limited Event tees and patches will be available to buy at event.
Oct is one of the best weather times of the year in San Diego and we have tons of back roads, beaches, mountains, deserts to make a perfect getaway weekend for you and the scoot. Looking to be mid 70's which will be perfect and should be a bit cool in the evening after sun down.

Spar Customs W Dallas Moore, Waymores & Ted Kamp at Mainstream Bar Carlsbad Oct 23
Spar Customs Productions is glad to welcome back Ameripolitan Nominees and Winners Dallas Moore (Mr Honky Tonk), The Waymores and Ted Russell Kamp (Shooter Jennings bass Player) to another Thursday Scene.
All of these artists are Spar favorites and always bring an amazing array of Honky Tonk, Western, Outlaw and more.
Come down for an early evening of music, food and drinks and support some touring artists coming through SD.
Our Thursday Scene will pop up from time to time and we will be bringing this one to the new Mainstream Bar West in Carlsbad. Located at 6030 Paseo del Norte off Palomar and the 5 freeway.
They do 2 for 1 appetizers until 7pm, have great food and drink specials and will be a great fit so get down early for dinner and a show. Parking is available across the street as well.

Spar Customs Productions is bringing the Legendary Dale Watson & His Lone Stars to the Pour House Oceanside Dec 5th.
Also the sweet sounds of the Honky Tonk Angel Rosy Nolan w her band opening, starting 7PM.
Dale Watson is an award-winning hardest working real country music musician and producer who has been creating music and performing live for over 40 years. He has shared the stage with such icons as Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson, just to name a few. He has been seen on David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Austin City Limits, but most of the time, he is touring the world, killing it for his fans, keeping the country music roots sound alive. With over 30 albums and singles, Dale knows his way around the recording studio, which is why he built Watsun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, complete with the 1937 board from Sun Studio.
Most known for his classic anthem-like hit "I Lie When I Drink" Dale's music ranges from swing to Honky Tonk and Rockabilly, and even scored the movie "Yellow Rose." His instrumental album "Memphians" was recorded at the Wat-Sun Studio for that most authentic sound.
As an actor, he was honored to work with Stephen King and John Mellencamp on the Musical Ghost Brothers of Starkland County, starred in the film Yellow Rose, and appeared in and contributed his voice to multiple nationwide commercials.
His lifelong respect and love of original country music are the foundation for all his music and his Ameripolitan Awards, which celebrate young up-and-coming country artists and legends. The Awards focus on Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, Western Swing, and Outlaw Country Music. Awards go to singer-songwriters, DJs, venues, Festivals, and musicians from those genres. Voting is comprised of fans and industry professionals, resulting in a much anticipated evening for over 10 years.

Wayne the Train:
Known as "The King of Juke Joint Swing, his performances incorporate jazz, blues, western swing, country and rockabilly styles of music that he began listening to as a kid. His influences include Jimmie Rodgers, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Hank Thompson, Hank Williams and Hank Snow because they were all in his parents' record collection. Wayne is a living legend with a driving style of music that always gets a joint jumpin!
IV & the Strange band:
Great-grandson of Hank Williams Sr., grandson of Hank Williams Jr., and only son of Hank 3, Coleman spent years waging an internal battle with the expectations thrust upon him by his own lineage. He represented the fourth generation of country music's most legendary family — hence his nickname, "IV" — and the pressure to launch his own career was enormous. Although Coleman would eventually make his mark with Southern Circus — the genre-bending debut from his band, IV and the Strange Band, combining southern storytelling and country textures with 100-watt guitar amps and DIY attitude — he needed to break free first and discover his own musical approach along the way.

After touring for the past decade to the UK, Canada and parts of the USA, world acclaimed Petunia and the Vipers make another breakout tour, with their last four album releases all going to #1 on the Canadian Folk/Blues/Americana charts. Louis Armstrong was once asked what his favorite kind of music was, and his response was simple; “Good music”. Spar Customs Summer's Demise Party at Hennesseys Carlsbad Oct 5th at 11am
Spar Customs Productions is bringing the final 2025 show of our Summer Series at Hennesseys in Carlsbad Village. 11am music starts.
This one is a Tiki/Surf Day of Mayhem and to close out our Locals Summer in style.
Grab your favorite Tiki outfit and come down for some special tiki cocktails and 4 great live acts.
The day kicks off at 11am with Exo-Tiki featuring Thomas of the Paladins on Steel guitar and their swanky lounge style tiki tunes.
Then we jump into some Hot Rod Surf licks w the Venture -A-GoGos tearing it up.
Next are The Shrunken Heads with a variety of both worlds and their Tiki Vibes.
Last a favorite of ours Sea Base, have seen them many times at Tiki events with their spy-fi surf rock soaked in deep-sea tension and low-end menace. Always a crowd favorite and good time.
It's gonna be a party for sure! All Ages, FREE, Dog Friendly, feel free to bring your own chairs. We have canopies and tables/chairs also.
Coaster train station is 100 yards away for those not wanting to drive.

This one is a Tiki/Surf Day of Mayhem and to close out our Locals Summer in style.
Grab your favorite Tiki outfit and come down for some special tiki cocktails and 4 great live acts.
The day kicks off at 11am with Exo-Tiki featuring Thomas of the Paladins on Steel guitar and their swanky lounge style tiki tunes.
Then we jump into some Hot Rod Surf licks w the Venture -A-GoGos tearing it up.
Next are The Shrunken Heads with a variety of both worlds and their Tiki Vibes.
Last a favorite of ours Sea Base, have seen them many times at Tiki events with their spy-fi surf rock soaked in deep-sea tension and low-end menace. Always a crowd favorite and good time.
It's gonna be a party for sure! All Ages, FREE, Dog Friendly, feel free to bring your own chairs. We have canopies and tables/chairs also.
Coaster train station is 100 yards away for those not wanting to drive.

Formed in 2018, June Clivas and The Ditty Boys is a group of five talented musicians who came together with a shared passion for creating original music that resonates with people. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of genres including country, rock, and western, we have created a unique sound that blends catchy melodies with heartfelt lyrics.
From intimate acoustic sets to high-energy shows, we strive to connect with our audience and create an unforgettable experience.

Beard and the Bird:
The pair form a musical duo called The Beard and the Bird that specializes in “western swing music,” an outgrowth of jazz that originated in the late 1920s and blends genres such as country, blues, and Dixieland into highly danceable songs. Jon plays acoustic guitar and sings lead, while Cat adds backing vocals and handles the low end on the upright bass.
This will be an amazing trifecta of Americana ladies covering many traditional and new genres for us. Music starts at 7Pm.

NCounty Scooter Clan Ride Sat Nov 9th and 10th
North County Scooter Clan will be doing a long haul ride into our killer back roads with no freeway riding Sat Nov 9th.
Meet at Grand Ave Bar & Grill (752 Grand Ave in Carlsbad Village).
There is plenty of parking for cars if driving in, we will grab breakfast at 8am with stands up 9am to ride.
The Sat ride will be an all day event making various stops and winding through the back country into Old Town Temecula, Ramona and the Coast, back late afternoon.
We have "Special" Room Rates at the Oceanside Inn about 100 yards from the Pour House in Oceanside as well.
To check availability and cash rates call 760-433-5751 and ask for Manager A.K. They have newly remodeled rooms with 1,2 and 3 bed options.
Just mention its for the Spar Customs event at Pour House.
Sunday we will be doing a Coastal Lunch Scoot before the Spar Customs Skabilly Rebel show w Roddy from the Specials, Amalgamated, Oceanside Sound System and Killproof Radics(Pebs from Buck O Nine side project 1st show ever).
Meeting 10am at Pour House Oceanside (1903 S Coast Hwy) , kicks up 10:30am heading to Cliff Hanger Cafe at Torrey Pines La Jolla(2800 Torrey Pines Scenic Dr) for lunch on the cliffs.
Great place for views and to meet any of the scooter crews riding up to the show from down South. Kicks back up by 1 latest to be back to Pour House about 2pm.
Music starts at 3PM, anyone riding a scooter to the show gets a "Special" Scooter price of just $10 for the show.
Weather is looking perfect in the high 60's for riding, but be sure to bring jackets and warm gear as well.
Looking forward to seeing our out of town friends coming in for this weekender of Scoots, Ska and Scene.

Spar Customs Productions presents a Mod & Scoot night w Sharp Class(London)/Chelsea Curve(Boston)/P200s(Vegas) and DJ 8 Times(Seattle Area) spinning at Tower Bar Mar 3rd.
We will be in Vegas all weekend for High Rollers and heading back with these incredible acts right behind us so grab your Scoots and head down to the Tower for a killer night of soul, punk, brit pop and more.
Just $10 bucks and starting the show 7pm so it will be an early evening Monday gig to get all you trouble makers to work the next day too.

Sharp Class are a British power trio whose music fuses the DNA of punk, soul, power-pop, Brit-pop, and rock ‘n’ roll. With two albums under their belts, the trio are blazing a trail of catchy, power-pop-laden songs.
Having already performed at Y NOT Festival for BBC Introducing, headlined a stage at Splendour Festival, performed in multiple cities in the USA, and been namechecked by Green Day, Sharp Class are certainly on the rise. The band take pride in delivering their live shows with energy, excitement, vigour and passion as they believe “that’s where it really counts”.
The band have been described as “Refreshingly Vintage” which seems like a juxtaposition, but Sharp Class make it work. It could be down to their dress sense, as they don an image that would slip in with the height of the swinging sixties yet still feels understood and relatable within the 21st century. Maybe it’s the fact that their music is tinged with the sound of treasured bands from the seventies, eighties and even nineties, whilst written on the canvas of today. It’s definitely, both of those things.

With a sonic template rooted in retro mod-pop but with enough snarl to roll with the punks and whipsmart hooks to hang with the rock and roll crowd, the Boston trio unleashed their 2022 debut album “All The Things” on indie label Red on Red Records. Touted as one of the best albums of 2022, The Chelsea Curve further raised the stakes with blazing live shows including head-turning appearances at the 2022 Boston Calling Music Festival, the 2023 Las Vegas High Rollers Scooter Rally and the 2024 London Mods Mayday spectacular. It is clear to all they encounter, The Chelsea Curve are stepping it up and stepping out!

Opening this blast from Vegas with their combination of 60's / 90's Alternative Rock / Punk Rock and a modern twist. In your face like a 2 stroke tunes!
