Spar Customs Pre Vegas Show w Arsen Roulette & Amber Foxx at Pour House
Spar Customs Productions is heading to Viva Las Vegas w our Hot Rods Friday morning, but before that we are bringing one of their main stage Sat acts to our Thurs Scene Apr 24th at Pour House Oceanside.
Arsen Roulette is bringing his full band from France in for the show and will be a special treat before they head to Vegas too.
Arsen is an American singer, lyricist, guitar player and upright bass player from California.
Roulette is a prolific songwriter penning more than 100 songs in the Rockabilly Genre, a mixture of Rock and Roll, Blues and American Hillbilly music. In 1996 Arsen discovered Rockabilly music and in 1997 Arsen formed the rockabilly trio "Arsen Roulette and the Ricochets", the bands rotating members were a veritable whose who of neo-rockabilly giants. After several name changes and a successful U.S. tour, the trio grew into a quartet of semi-permanent musicians, mainly European Rock-A-Billy musicians who play full-time in other bands of this genre. Arsen Roulette makes bi-annual pilgrimages to Europe, frequently headlining Europe's biggest Rockabilly events; Summer Jamboree, Hemsby, Screamin' Festival, Brighton Rumble, Sjock and Turnhout just to name a few.
Bonus treat is having world class Amber Foxx opening the show for us.
Amber Foxx started her band with her husband and Upright Bass player Bobby Cavener in Southern California back in 2002. They had a steady once a week show at the Doll Hut in Anaheim, CA. Then at Viva Las Vegas 2003, Amber felt fortunate to be included in the Modern Stars Of Rockabilly set with Charlie Thompson, Vicky Tafoya and Big Sandy.
Amber Foxx has made friends and fans around the world playing in the United States, England and Australia at music festivals like Viva Las Vegas and the Rockabilly Rave.

Spar Customs presents Wayne the Train w IV & the Strange Band, guests Ron Houston & Berry Pickers May 30th at Pour House Oceanside.
Wayne the Train:
Known as "The King of Juke Joint Swing, his performances incorporate jazz, blues, western swing, country and rockabilly styles of music that he began listening to as a kid. His influences include Jimmie Rodgers, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Hank Thompson, Hank Williams and Hank Snow because they were all in his parents' record collection. Wayne is a living legend with a driving style of music that always gets a joint jumpin!
IV & the Strange band:
Great-grandson of Hank Williams Sr., grandson of Hank Williams Jr., and only son of Hank 3, Coleman spent years waging an internal battle with the expectations thrust upon him by his own lineage. He represented the fourth generation of country music's most legendary family — hence his nickname, "IV" — and the pressure to launch his own career was enormous. Although Coleman would eventually make his mark with Southern Circus — the genre-bending debut from his band, IV and the Strange Band, combining southern storytelling and country textures with 100-watt guitar amps and DIY attitude — he needed to break free first and discover his own musical approach along the way.

SD's own Outlaw Troubador recently nominated for SD Music Awards has been doing Spar shows for years now. Great bunch that have a rounded range of Outlaw/Mountain/Bluegrass Country.

Our friends at Beach Country along with Tunnel to Towers and USVets.org are teaming up to help our Vets and the crisis going on with so many of them homeless.
As Disabled Vets ourselves we know the struggles so many of our men and women deal with and too many of them end up homeless unable to care for themselves properly.

Spar has 4 of our favorite locals opening the show starting at 2PM including TK & the Deadlist, 8 Ball truckers, Flipside Burners and Small Town Heroes with the National touring act doing their Toby Keith tribute starring Hollywood Yates.

Spar Customs Productions is bringing the Legendary Dale Watson & His Lone Stars to the Pour House Oceanside Dec 5th.
Also the sweet sounds of the Honky Tonk Angel Rosy Nolan w her band opening, starting 7PM.
Dale Watson is an award-winning hardest working real country music musician and producer who has been creating music and performing live for over 40 years. He has shared the stage with such icons as Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson, just to name a few. He has been seen on David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Austin City Limits, but most of the time, he is touring the world, killing it for his fans, keeping the country music roots sound alive. With over 30 albums and singles, Dale knows his way around the recording studio, which is why he built Watsun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, complete with the 1937 board from Sun Studio.
Most known for his classic anthem-like hit "I Lie When I Drink" Dale's music ranges from swing to Honky Tonk and Rockabilly, and even scored the movie "Yellow Rose." His instrumental album "Memphians" was recorded at the Wat-Sun Studio for that most authentic sound.
As an actor, he was honored to work with Stephen King and John Mellencamp on the Musical Ghost Brothers of Starkland County, starred in the film Yellow Rose, and appeared in and contributed his voice to multiple nationwide commercials.
His lifelong respect and love of original country music are the foundation for all his music and his Ameripolitan Awards, which celebrate young up-and-coming country artists and legends. The Awards focus on Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, Western Swing, and Outlaw Country Music. Awards go to singer-songwriters, DJs, venues, Festivals, and musicians from those genres. Voting is comprised of fans and industry professionals, resulting in a much anticipated evening for over 10 years.
Currently, Dale continues to do what he loves... tour his ass off, write music, be in the studio, and spend time with friends and his wife, Celine.

After touring for the past decade to the UK, Canada and parts of the USA, world acclaimed Petunia and the Vipers make another breakout tour, with their last four album releases all going to #1 on the Canadian Folk/Blues/Americana charts. Louis Armstrong was once asked what his favorite kind of music was, and his response was simple; “Good music”. Petunia & the Vipers’ sound may not sit comfortably in one certain genre, but “Good Music” describes it well. Together with his band the Vipers they play original music combining elements of classic 1920’s, 30’s 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s country, country blues, western swing, alt country rock, Mexicana, French cabaret, Romanian, ragtime, jazz, punk and folk music’s. Petunia is no stranger to being a “road dog”. He’s more than just an entertainer, he’s a modern musical enigma. Imagine that David Lynch and Nick Cave had a hillbilly baby, that yodeled… or Tom Waits meets Elvis at Woody Guthrie’s hobo junction. This is just one way of describing the man known simply as Petunia. He’s an adventure seeker, a poker player, and a mysterious stranger. He’s been referred to as “The Savior of Country Music”, and a man who exists in a different era, bringing the past forth as something new to be celebrated and not forgotten. A restless wanderer, a musical historian, and a quirky yet amazing talent, Petunia joins the greats from north of the 49th for his classic style and raucous performances. He is simply a Canadian treasure.

After touring for the past decade to the UK, Canada and parts of the USA, world acclaimed Petunia and the Vipers make another breakout tour, with their last four album releases all going to #1 on the Canadian Folk/Blues/Americana charts. Louis Armstrong was once asked what his favorite kind of music was, and his response was simple; “Good music”. Petunia & the Vipers’ sound may not sit comfortably in one certain genre, but “Good Music” describes it well. Together with his band the Vipers they play original music combining elements of classic 1920’s, 30’s 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s country, country blues, western swing, alt country rock, Mexicana, French cabaret, Romanian, ragtime, jazz, punk and folk music’s. Petunia is no stranger to being a “road dog”. He’s more than just an entertainer, he’s a modern musical enigma. Imagine that David Lynch and Nick Cave had a hillbilly baby, that yodeled… or Tom Waits meets Elvis at Woody Guthrie’s hobo junction. This is just one way of describing the man known simply as Petunia. He’s an adventure seeker, a poker player, and a mysterious stranger. He’s been referred to as “The Savior of Country Music”, and a man who exists in a different era, bringing the past forth as something new to be celebrated and not forgotten. North County Scooter Clan will be doing a long haul ride into our killer back roads with no freeway riding Sat Nov 9th.
Meet at Grand Ave Bar & Grill (752 Grand Ave in Carlsbad Village).
There is plenty of parking for cars if driving in, we will grab breakfast at 8am with stands up 9am to ride.
The Sat ride will be an all day event making various stops and winding through the back country into Old Town Temecula, Ramona and the Coast, back late afternoon.
We have "Special" Room Rates at the Oceanside Inn about 100 yards from the Pour House in Oceanside as well.

Great place for views and to meet any of the scooter crews riding up to the show from down South. Kicks back up by 1 latest to be back to Pour House about 2pm.

Spar Customs Productions has been excited preparing with the Ramona Chamber of Commerce these past few months and their 8th Annual Motorcycle Rally Oct 5th and 6th. Ramona is working as a community to bring top shelf live music and support their local scene with car and motorcycle events, live music weekly and bigger events like these now for years.
This is also a charity event that all the monies go to their scholarship fund. This year it will be to send a youth to a trade school for motorcycle mechanic degree and certification so come out and support a great day with us, help the fund raiser and have a wide variety of activities for the entire family. Event is 10am to about 7pm and a short drive of only 40 min from the coast.

2 Day Motorcycle Rally*
Sat Oct 5th: Music* Car Show* Vintage Moto and Vespa Racing
at Ramona Outdoor Community Center 421 Agua Ln.
Spar Customs Productions has been excited preparing with the Ramona Chamber of Commerce these past few months and their 8th Annual Motorcycle Rally Oct 5th and 6th. Ramona is working as a community to bring top shelf live music and support their local scene with car and motorcycle events, live music weekly and bigger events like these now for years.
This is also a charity event that all the monies go to their scholarship fund. This year it will be to send a youth to a trade school for motorcycle mechanic degree and certification so come out and support a great day with us, help the fund raiser and have a wide variety of activities for the entire family. Event is 10am to about 7pm and a short drive of only 40 min from the coast.

This year we are proud to bring the Spar Customs Moto Billy Stage to their Sat Oct 5th day of festivities with a packed line up of music including the
Legendary James Intveld Rock-A-Billy Revue
The Sleepwalkers
Seaside Ramblers, Farm Truck, Ash & the Mondays with Ron Houston & the Berry Pickers kicking it off at 10:30am.

*VESPA CLASS RACES TOO:
Hell on Wheels will have their multi class moto racing in the arena which is always bad ass and they are adding a 2 Stroke Vespa Class for our
N County Scooter Clan and Vespa Club of San Diego (North County).
$40 to sign up, get in the dirt and muck it up good racing your friends for bragging rights. What could go wrong? Race entry includes your Sat event ticket as well.

*CAR SHOW:
There will also be a limited field of Classic Cars/Hot Rods allowed into the event and will be parked on the side of the music stage.
VIP Car Show/Parking/Entry will be $30 each and includes drivers entry plus 1 Dabbles drink ticket. Extra passengers are $15 each. Vehicles need to be parked by 9:45am (Don't even have to get up early).
Email dabbles@sparcustoms.com for vehicle registration and approval prior to purchasing entry ticket. Since a limited spaces avail this will be a Pre 75 event and a picture of vehicle needs to be sent in with the email please.
