Big Sandy has traveled the world performing for decades with their smooth Rockabilly sound. Our Hot Rod San Diegans the 1/8th milers will kick the night off at 7pm with their jumpin rhythms followed by LA's Bodhi Corbett with a unique blend of rock and roll Billy licks.

Spar Customs Productions is bringing the Legendary Dale Watson & His Lone Stars to the Pour House Oceanside Dec 5th.
Also the sweet sounds of the Honky Tonk Angel Rosy Nolan w her band opening, starting 7PM.
Dale Watson is an award-winning hardest working real country music musician and producer who has been creating music and performing live for over 40 years. He has shared the stage with such icons as Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Kris Kristofferson, just to name a few. He has been seen on David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, and Austin City Limits, but most of the time, he is touring the world, killing it for his fans, keeping the country music roots sound alive. With over 30 albums and singles, Dale knows his way around the recording studio, which is why he built Watsun Studio in Memphis, Tennessee, complete with the 1937 board from Sun Studio.
Most known for his classic anthem-like hit "I Lie When I Drink" Dale's music ranges from swing to Honky Tonk and Rockabilly, and even scored the movie "Yellow Rose." His instrumental album "Memphians" was recorded at the Wat-Sun Studio for that most authentic sound.
As an actor, he was honored to work with Stephen King and John Mellencamp on the Musical Ghost Brothers of Starkland County, starred in the film Yellow Rose, and appeared in and contributed his voice to multiple nationwide commercials.
His lifelong respect and love of original country music are the foundation for all his music and his Ameripolitan Awards, which celebrate young up-and-coming country artists and legends. The Awards focus on Honky Tonk, Rockabilly, Western Swing, and Outlaw Country Music. Awards go to singer-songwriters, DJs, venues, Festivals, and musicians from those genres. Voting is comprised of fans and industry professionals, resulting in a much anticipated evening for over 10 years.
Currently, Dale continues to do what he loves... tour his ass off, write music, be in the studio, and spend time with friends and his wife, Celine.

Spar Customs presents Wayne the Train w IV & the Strange Band, guests Ron Houston & Berry Pickers May 30th at Pour House Oceanside.
Wayne the Train:
Known as "The King of Juke Joint Swing, his performances incorporate jazz, blues, western swing, country and rockabilly styles of music that he began listening to as a kid. His influences include Jimmie Rodgers, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Hank Thompson, Hank Williams and Hank Snow because they were all in his parents' record collection. Wayne is a living legend with a driving style of music that always gets a joint jumpin!
IV & the Strange band:
Great-grandson of Hank Williams Sr., grandson of Hank Williams Jr., and only son of Hank 3, Coleman spent years waging an internal battle with the expectations thrust upon him by his own lineage. He represented the fourth generation of country music's most legendary family — hence his nickname, "IV" — and the pressure to launch his own career was enormous. Although Coleman would eventually make his mark with Southern Circus — the genre-bending debut from his band, IV and the Strange Band, combining southern storytelling and country textures with 100-watt guitar amps and DIY attitude — he needed to break free first and discover his own musical approach along the way.

SD's own Outlaw Troubador recently nominated for SD Music Awards has been doing Spar shows for years now. Great bunch that have a rounded range of Outlaw/Mountain/Bluegrass Country.

After touring for the past decade to the UK, Canada and parts of the USA, world acclaimed Petunia and the Vipers make another breakout tour, with their last four album releases all going to #1 on the Canadian Folk/Blues/Americana charts. Louis Armstrong was once asked what his favorite kind of music was, and his response was simple; “Good music”. Petunia & the Vipers’ sound may not sit comfortably in one certain genre, but “Good Music” describes it well. Together with his band the Vipers they play original music combining elements of classic 1920’s, 30’s 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s country, country blues, western swing, alt country rock, Mexicana, French cabaret, Romanian, ragtime, jazz, punk and folk music’s. Louis Armstrong was once asked what his favorite kind of music was, and his response was simple; “Good music”. Petunia & the Vipers’ sound may not sit comfortably in one certain genre, but “Good Music” describes it well. Together with his band the Vipers they play original music combining elements of classic 1920’s, 30’s 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s country, country blues, western swing, alt country rock, Mexicana, French cabaret, Romanian, ragtime, jazz, punk and folk music’s. A new music that springboards off of music of the past and jumps into the present day, left with only echoes of the past… Something in between 1920’s and steam punk.
Petunia is no stranger to being a “road dog”. He’s spent most of the last 23 years crisscrossing sections of Europe, North and South America, playing his old hobo haunts, hitch hiking junctions, street corners, dive bars, churches and run down theatres. He’s more than just an entertainer, he’s a modern musical enigma. Imagine that David Lynch and Nick Cave had a hillbilly baby, that yodeled… or Tom Waits meets Elvis at Woody Guthrie’s hobo junction. This is just one way of describing the man known simply as Petunia. He’s an adventure seeker, a poker player, and a mysterious stranger. He’s been referred to as “The Savior of Country Music”, and a man who exists in a different era, bringing the past forth as something new to be celebrated and not forgotten. A restless wanderer, a musical historian, and a quirky yet amazing talent, Petunia joins the greats from north of the 49th for his classic style and raucous performances. He is simply a Canadian treasure.

North County Scooter Clan will be doing a long haul ride into our killer back roads with no freeway riding Sat Nov 9th.
Meet at Grand Ave Bar & Grill (752 Grand Ave in Carlsbad Village).
There is plenty of parking for cars if driving in, we will grab breakfast at 8am with stands up 9am to ride.
The Sat ride will be an all day event making various stops and winding through the back country into Old Town Temecula, Ramona and the Coast, back late afternoon.
We have "Special" Room Rates at the Oceanside Inn about 100 yards from the Pour House in Oceanside as well.

Sharp Class are a British power trio whose music fuses the DNA of punk, soul, power-pop, Brit-pop, and rock ‘n’ roll. With two albums under their belts, the trio are blazing a trail of catchy, power-pop-laden songs.
Having already performed at Y NOT Festival for BBC Introducing, headlined a stage at Splendour Festival, performed in multiple cities in the USA, and been namechecked by Green Day, Sharp Class are certainly on the rise. The band take pride in delivering their live shows with energy, excitement, vigour and passion as they believe “that’s where it really counts”.
The band have been described as “Refreshingly Vintage” which seems like a juxtaposition, but Sharp Class make it work. It could be down to their dress sense, as they don an image that would slip in with the height of the swinging sixties yet still feels understood and relatable within the 21st century. It is clear to all they encounter, The Chelsea Curve are stepping it up and stepping out!

Our Annual Charity Food Drive and Holiday bash is extra this season with our friends Urethane w Steve Caballero, Adrian Demain and Pebs of Buck O Nine.
This FREE Car/Music & Bike event is at the Windmill Food hall in Carlsbad noon to 4pm.
We are asking for food donations of Mac & Cheese and Motts Apple Juice single serving size items. All food and donations go directly to Got Your Back SD that help feed children in San Diego year around. Please check them out and see how you can help them with their great cause.
